What are the gold pieces made of?

All of our gold designs are made with a thick layer of real 18k Gold PVD Plating, over a variety of base metals, including stainless steel, brass, and 925 sterling silver (read product description for exact base metals) - each carefully selected for its strength, beauty, and compatibility with our gold plating process. Where are the pieces made?

To minimise our environmental footprint, each piece is meticulously crafted in small batches. Our unwavering dedication to ethics drives us to maintain the highest standards in all aspects of our operations. Prior to partnering with us, our factories and suppliers undergo rigorous vetting processes to ensure alignment with our values of transparency, ethics, and sustainability.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon - Fri) for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email notification providing you with a tracking number.

All Australia wide orders are dispatched by Australia Post Express Service (1-3 days) or Australia Post Standard Service (2-8 days).

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, orders may not be cancelled or changed once it has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What currency will I be charged in?

All customers will have prices displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). The amount will then be converted by your card provider to your local currency and may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on your card provider. Verrmae is not responsible for international transaction fees charged by customers bank. Please contact your financial institution with any further questions.

The item I want is out of stock, can I be notified when it comes back?

To receive notifications for product restocks, just click on the desired product, and select the "Email Me When Back in Stock" option. By doing so, you'll not only stay informed about restocks but also assist our team in determining whether to restock the style. All feedback is valuable to us, so please don't hesitate to let us know.

How do pre-order items work?

Pre-order items will allow you the opportunity to reserve and purchase items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. For a pre-order item, you will make a payment in advance to secure your desired item and once the product becomes available, it will be shipped immediately. Please read the product description carefully before making your order as pre-order items may take up to 8 weeks to arrive into our warehouse. 

Will I receive in stock items with pre-order items?

If you have placed an order that includes in stock items and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched once the pre-order items have arrived. In order to avoid delays on receiving jewellery that is currently in stock, we highly recommend you purchase your pre-order items as a separate order.

Will you have any promotions/sales?

What are the delivery options and fees?

Australian orders have the option between Australia Post Express Service for a flat rate of $12 or Australia Post Standard Service for a flat rate of $9. All Australian orders over $200 AUD will receive complimentary Australia Post Express Shipping.  

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email notification providing you with a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your parcel.

Can you ship my order as a gift?

All of our jewellery is shipped in custom Verrmae jewellery boxes and/or pouches.

How long does shipping take?

Australia Post Express – 1-3 Days

Australia Post Standard – 2-8 Days

Where do you ship to?

Verrmae currently only provides shipping services within Australia. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to reach customers worldwide. What happens if I miss the delivery?

For Australian orders, your order may be taken to your local Australia Post office to be collected with photo ID.

 How is my order packaged & shipped?

All pieces are either packaged in a Verrmae paper jewellery box and/or cotton pouch and delivered in a sustainable paper mailer bag. Both the jewellery boxes and pouches are made with the intention of it being kept forever to store your pieces safely or for travelling.

Do I have to pay for postage if I return my item?

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

What do I do if my jewellery is faulty/damaged?

Please contact within 7 days of receiving your order with further information and images attached, and our customer care team will assist you from there.
