AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $200 AUD
All domestic orders are shipped via our delivery partner Australia Post who operate Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $12 AUD. Express Shipping can take up to 1-3 business days* with Australian Metro Areas, and 2-4 business days within Australian Rural Areas.
Standard Shipping is available for a flat rate of $9 AUD. Standard post can take up to 2-8 business days* within Metro Australian Areas and 6-10* business days within Rural Australian Areas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to reach customers worldwide. We understand the importance of serving our international customers and providing access to our products. ORDERS
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email notification providing you with a tracking number.
Please ensure your details and delivery information are correct, as Verrmae is not liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours from the dispatch date for the tracking service to work.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval.
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm AEST or over the weekend, will be shipped on the following business day.
Please note that during a sale and/or after a launch night, processing times may take up to 4 business days for the order to be processed and dispatched, due to an increased volume of orders.
DELIVERY
Orders using Australia Post Express Service are typically delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on location.
Orders using Australia Post Standard Service are typically delivered within 2-8 business days, depending on location.
Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, Verrmae is not liable for misplaced, lost, or stolen parcels.
Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such Verrmae will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
PRE-ORDERS:
The product description for each product will state whether or not an item is on pre-order and how long the estimated date of delivery will be. Please read the product description carefully before making your order as pre-order items may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
The delivery times stated above do not apply to any pre-order items.
If you have placed an order that includes in stock items and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched once the pre-order items have arrived. In order to avoid delays on receiving jewellery that is currently in stock, we highly recommend you purchase your pre-order items as a separate order.
